A bold, middle-eastern inspired rub that would be good on chicken, or mixed kebab skewers.
Afghan Dry Rub
Ingredients (makes 1.5 Cups)
3 TBSP Black peppercorns
3 TBSP Cumin seed
2 TBSP Tumeric
1 TBSP Ground cardamom
1 TBSP Ground coriander
*optional*
1 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
Directions
All ingredients should be dried and ground.
Mix thoroughly and store cool in a dark, dry area in a tin or covered, moisture-proof container.
